If relaxing in a bath, pour a little Bath Shower Gel under warm running water. |

To help dry and flaky skin and to relieve aching joints and muscular pain add Bath Salts to your bath. |

Standing in the bath or shower, take some Salt Brushing and apply all over a dry body with your hands. |
