Directions for use:
Spa Find facial extracts come packaged in three’s, one bottle per week or use. The Calmit Extract can be used in one of three ways~

1. When the skin is in need of a boost i.e. during the Summer months the skin may become oilier than usual due to external factors, and may be in need of intensive action. For this purpose, the extracts should be used under a moisturiser in the mornings and evenings, for as long as needed.

2.At certain times of the month i.e. when the progesterone levels are high, the Calmit Extract may be used to combat oily skin prior/during to your period. Use morning and evening under a moisturiser.

3.To help slow down the ageing process i.e. used in the evenings under a moisturiser to help hydrate and moisturise the skin.
