It’s amazing to think that your body gets rid of around 1lb of waste products a day through your skin. That’s why its so important to look after your skin. If your pores get clogged with dead skin cells, the impurities will remain in your blood.
That’s why daily dry skin brushing is so important. It keeps your pores clear, allows the skin to breath, makes your skin look brighter and feel softer. Brushing also stimulates your blood flow and your lymph flow, leading to a more efficient removal of waste products. How? To skin brush effectively, standing in the bath or shower and applying to a dry body, you need to take a handful of one of the Finders Salt Brushing products, either Spa Find Heavenly Hydration Salt Brushing or Spa Find Renewed Radiance Salt Brushing with has extra anti-ageing properties. Working from the feet upwards, towards the heart, run the Salt all over the body in circular movements into the skin until the salts dissolves, then shower off the excess. | Deep Breathing & Relaxation Why? The way you breath affects the balance of your body and mind. If you are tense or stressed your breathing tends to be shallow. This means you will take in less oxygen and it will be harder for your lungs to expel waste products and toxins. If you breath deeply you will take in more oxygen, feel more relaxed and improve your overall health.
